Selective Laser Sintering

Selective Laser Sintering is an additive manufacturing technique where a laser is used to produce spatial structures by fusing layers of powder material.

It is used for prototypes, spare parts, functional parts, model making, display models, casing components, mould material, automotive engineering, as metal substitute, tool components, gaskets, damping elements, pipes, jewellery, air-ducting components and antistatic components.
Suitable materials are:
  • Polyamide PA2200
  • Polyamide PA3200 GF (glass filled polyamide)
  • Alumides
  • TPU 92A
  • PA CF
