Duty to mitigate damage

In the event of domain disputes, issues under competition law or similar, we ask you to contact us in advance to avoid unnecessary legal disputes and costs. The debit note of a warning by a lawyer without prior contacting will be rejected as unfounded within the meaning of the duty to mitigate damage.
